Deditos

Deditos videos and curriculum help children develop a biblical perspective by teaching them key stories from the Old Testament. The videos also assist local churches and parents to minister to children and provide fitting discipleship materials that the local church can use. Faithfully based on the Bible, these important Old Testament stories are carefully crafted for dramatic impact. Each one highlights God’s unfolding plan for the world, His dealings with Creation and mankind’s response to Him through the ages. An intentional effort is made for Deditos to fit the settings of viewers around the world.

These videos are great for Your Community If you have:

  • Sunday Schools / VBS (Vacation bible school)
  • Small groups, especially when using the curriculum that accompanies the videos
  • Large groups
  • Language groups who have the New Testament but still need a foundation in the whole Bible
  • Displaced people groups who value their language and are looking for ways their children can be exposed to materials in their language. (like viewing on YouTube)

The videos are broadcast quality, designed for television & local cable.

What personnel are needed to bring this resource to fruition, (make the resource available in another language)?

Translation team, Local Project Coordinator & Voice Talent Director, Local voice actors.

How much time is required to do all the work required to bring the resource to completion?

Much depends on the ability and preparation of those involved. Roughly one month is needed to translate a video script. Lessons could take up to a week each to translate. Recording voice talent can take up to a week. Inserting the voices into the video will depend on the ability of the media production team/studio.

What sort of logistical setting is needed? (e.g. quiet space for recording, good Internet access)

Good media production team and good studio.
